Transferz is building a global ground transportation platform and seeks a Product Manager with a track record of delivering real impact. You’ll drive product strategy from vision to delivery, coordinating with engineers, designers, data teams and operations worldwide.

You’ll own initiatives from discovery to measurable outcomes, grounded in user needs and solid data. You’ll work from Amsterdam, collaborate across time zones, and shape the product with a pragmatic, data-driven approach.

Formación

• 2+ years as a Product Manager in tech.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
• Technical knowledge to discuss APIs and data models.
• Fluent English and current residence in the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for your area and define clear goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations and partners.
• Define and track KPIs such as onboarding time, booking conversions, on-time pickups.
• Proactively identify problems, validate with prototypes and drive to impact.
