DOUXE Hotel Luxury in Amsterdam is seeking a Marketing & Campaign Specialist to shape and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy. You will translate campaigns into all sales channels including e-commerce, retail, social media, marketplaces and hotel partners, ensuring branding and performance align.

With 3–5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce, you bring analytical, commercial and creative thinking, experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4, and a hands-on mindset to drive growth and

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
Strong analytical, commercial and creative thinking.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4.
Affinity with e-commerce and omnichannel retail.

Responsibilities

Developing omnichannel campaigns.
Setting up and optimising Google Ads (SEA).
Managing Meta campaigns.
Reporting on KPIs and campaign performance.
Coordinating content creation and campaigns.
Identifying new commercial opportunities.
Coordinating PR activities and brand partnerships.
