Job summary

DOUXE Hotel Luxury zoekt een Online Marketeer die verantwoordelijk is voor webshops, content en merkpresentatie. Je borgt juiste productinformatie, SEO-copy en de marketingkalender. Je analyseert campagnes, rapporteert resultaten en optimaliseert findability en conversie.

De rol biedt ruimte voor zelfstandigheid en groei in een snelgroeiend scale-up-team met een flexibele werklocatie in Amsterdam of Den Haag.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO-diploma in online marketing of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in online marketing.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en schrift.

Responsibilities

• Beheer van webshops en productinformatie.
• Zorg dragen voor consistente listing, foto’s en SEO-teksten.

What will you be doing?

Web shop management:

As an online marketer, together with the team you are responsible for the right content on the web shops. You make sure the product information is correct and the marketing calendar is implemented.

Merchandising:

The web shops are your stores. You are a true perfectionist. You feel responsible for making sure that all collections and products are listed correctly, with beautiful product photos, good SEO copy and the right specifications. Every week you check consistency across all web shops.

Campaign analysis and reporting:

Is a campaign running? Then you are constantly on it! You check what the effect is on traffic and conversions. After the campaign you write a good report and share the results and insights with the team.

Optimising findability:

SEO and SEA are key in the online marketing world. You make sure consumers can find DOUXE organically. Whether you work with clever keywords or improve the content, your efforts make sure the target group discovers us.

Improving conversions:

You take a close look at how visitors behave on the website, with Google Analytics for example, and adjust your strategy accordingly. A/B testing, mapping the customer journey. No problem, you know what works!

Social media and email:

You contribute to creating conversion-boosting newsletters, carry out re-marketing campaigns and create social media ads. With your knowledge of the target group, you make sure you really connect with what they want.

What we ask:

• A relevant completed HBO/WO degree (university of applied sciences or university) and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in online marketing
• Familiar with SEO tools (for example Screaming Frog, SemRush and Google Search Console)
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• You are able to work well independently and accurately, and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You are proactive and flexible
