Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial, marketing, communications, or similar role.
• Confident written English and strong copywriting instincts.
• Comfortable with sales outreach and lead-generation tools.
• Familiar with HubSpot and LinkedIn as core platforms.
• Right to work in the Netherlands and ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & communications: maintain LinkedIn, write clear copy, keep website updated.
• Business development: support outreach, follow-up with prospects and partners.
• CRM & admin: keep HubSpot clean and organized, manage light admin tasks.
• Market research: identify target industries, size markets, inform growth.
• Collaboration: work with CEO and Commercial Director, grow with the company.
