Job summary

Booston.io in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled Aluminium Turner for a high-precision production environment. You will finalize machined aluminum parts, perform quality checks, and prepare components for assembly, including handling delicate, high-precision pieces.

The role supports a 2-3 shift system with accommodations and travel arrangements, with a monthly gross salary of €2,769–€3,973 depending on level and experience. English knowledge is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a turner or metalworker; aluminum experience is a plus.
• Beginners welcome (level 1 start).
• Good manual skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work from them.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on machined aluminum parts: deburring, grinding, deburring, polishing and cleaning.
• Drilling holes and guiding shafts.
• Mounting inserts like Helicoil and other threaded bushings.
• Inspect parts according to drawings.
• Prepare parts for assembly and clean room use.
