Job summary

Start People is seeking an allround warehouse employee in Tilburg, Netherlands. You will handle receiving, storing, and preparing materials, combining physical work with production and administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly.

You will work with RF scanners and SAP, operate a reach truck, and uphold safety and quality standards. Dutch and English skills are required; full-time five-shift schedule with day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with at least basic English (B1).
• Full-time availability in a 5-shift system (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00).
• Experience operating a reach truck; certificate can be arranged if needed.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and SAP in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, weigh, and process raw materials and products;
• Prepare and supply raw materials and products for production;
• Replenish and manage warehouse inventory;
• Pick, scan, check, and register products according to quality requirements;
• Load and unload goods;
• Move and store materials safely using a forklift, reach truck, or combi truck;
• Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse activities and inventory;
• Ensure that the warehouse remains organized, safe, and efficient.

Job description

As an allround warehouse employee, you are an essential part of the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that raw materials and products are received, processed, stored, and supplied accurately and on time.

You will combine physical warehouse work with production and administrative tasks. Safety, accuracy, and quality are central to everything you do. You will work with equipment such as RF scanners and SAP and operate a reachtruck to keep the warehouse and production processes running smoothly.

What will you do?

Working Hours 5 Shifts

• Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night: 23:00 - 07:00

• You are flexible and comfortable performing a variety of both warehouse and production tasks;
• Available to work fulltime in a 5 shift system;
• Experience operating a reachtruck. Is your certificate no longer valid? No problem - we can arrange this for you!;
• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B1 level);
• You work accurately and safely and are physically fit.
