Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a warm welcome from arrival to departure.
• Prepare and maintain breakfast buffet and coffee service.
• Serve guests promptly with attentiveness and upsell where appropriate.
• Read guests' needs and coordinate with team to fulfill requests.
• Assist with check-in and check-out when required.
