Your Role:

As an Import Air Freight Operations Specialist, you will:

• Manage and coordinate import air freight shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure full compliance with Dutch and EU import regulations.
• Liaise with carriers, airlines, and agents to plan shipments and resolve any operational challenges.
• Monitor shipments through logistics platforms and ensure proactive updates.
• Cooperate with customs authorities to streamline clearance procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely cargo handling.

What We are looking for:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in import air freight logistics

Strong knowledge of Dutch/EU customs procedures

Proficiency in MS Office and freight/logistics software

Solution-oriented mindset, ability to handle pressure and multitask

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Availability for full-time work (40h/week)
