Job summary

Boston Consulting Group Platinion seeks an AI Tech Consultant to join our PIPE team in Amsterdam. You will help private equity clients tackle strategic technology questions, focusing on product and tech due diligence pre-deal and value creation post-deal.

You’ll collaborate with investment professionals, CTOs, and our experts to unlock value through AI, data, and software capabilities. You will contribute to defining and executing value creation plans, guiding portfolio leadership on product

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in technology strategy, product management, software engineering, or digital transformation with a background in consulting.
Outstanding analytical & conceptual skills, strong customer focus & mental agility with a results orientation
Familiarity with data and AI/ML technologies, including how they enable product differentiation and business scalability.
Ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of clients.
A university degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees are advantageous.

Responsibilities

You will work on helping Private Equity clients address strategic technology challenges across the deal lifecycle.
You will engage with investment professionals, CTOs, CPOs, and BCG experts to address high-impact investment decisions and technology questions.
You will differentiate through real-world technologists contributing to deal and commercial implications.
