Job summary

Main Capital Partners is expanding its Performance Excellence team to hire an AI Associate in The Netherlands. You will drive AI value creation across the software portfolio, translate opportunities into roadmaps, and support due diligence and value planning with management teams and investment professionals.

You will focus on opportunities in software development lifecycle, product domain, and organizational change to maximize impact.

Qualifications

University education in AI, data science, CS, software engineering, or related technical field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology advisory, product strategy, software engineering, or data engineering.
Ability to translate technical opportunities into clear business value and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Identify AI opportunities within portfolio companies and translate into structured roadmaps and KPIs.
Drive AI value creation through due diligence and value planning for investments.
Collaborate with management, product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure adoption of AI initiatives.
Develop reusable AI frameworks, playbooks, and best practices across the portfolio.
Communicate complex topics clearly to investment teams and portfolio leadership.
