Job summary

The Technical Solutions Marketing team builds technical credibility through validated architectures, reusable proof points, and real-world implementations. You will work with customers and field teams to prove high-value use cases and package them into scalable assets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI systems in production-like environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLM application architecture, retrieval/grounding and prompt design.
• Experience with evaluation loops, guardrails, monitoring and iteration.
• Ability to integrate agentic workflows with APIs, events and governance.
• Background in end-to-end solution delivery: security, scalability, observability.
• Ability to translate complex tech into reusable patterns for GTM and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer-facing prototypes and lighthouse implementations for high-value AI use cases.
• Lead strategic workshops and technical deep dives with customers and field teams.
• Turn validated work into reusable assets: reference architectures and accelerators.
• Serve as the deep technical owner for agentic system design and multi-agent patterns.
• Design and maintain complex integration architectures across enterprise platforms.
• Ground GTM positioning with validated technical proof points and executive demos.
