Job summary

CLEVR is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to collaborate with clients, identify AI opportunities, and translate insights into practical, scalable AI solutions. You will prototype, launch, and refine AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automations while guiding customers from discovery to adoption in a hybrid role based from Amersfoort.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of software, automation, or AI-powered app experience in real-world environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and deploying AI solutions including agents and copilots.
• Experience in Git and/or setting up pipelines in GitHub.
• Familiarity with TanStack, Convex, and terminal usage is a plus.
• Experience integrating solutions via APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools like Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode for coding workflows.

What you bring to the table

• 2–6 years of experience building software, automations, or AI-powered applications in real-world environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a builder mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions. Experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and designing, building, and deploying AI solutions, including agents, copilots, and other real-world applications across client work, product teams, and personal projects.
• Experience in Git and/or being able to set up pipelines in GitHub
• Experience with TanStack, Convex, and terminal is a plus.
• Experience integrating solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks such as Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode, not only using the tools but also using tools to set up and maintain AI coding workflows.
