Job summary

PreSales Collective is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI and automation solutions within the ADM practice. You will craft scalable components and embed them across client environments, collaborating with ADM teams to ensure robust, secure deployments.

You will work with AI-enabled development tools, govern pipelines, and integrate with ITSM/DevOps ecosystems while maintaining high standards of reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience in Python/C#/Node.
• Experience with API integration (REST, OAuth2, webhooks).
• Experience with retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Dutch language proficiency at B2/C1 level is required.

Role Overview

As an AI Solution Engineer within the ADM practice, you design and build production-grade AI and automation solutions that enhance application development and maintenance delivery. You create scalable, reusable components that can be embedded into ADM processes and deployed across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation workflows
• Integrate AI agents into ITSM platforms, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise systems
• Build reusable components such as orchestration frameworks and APIs
• Ensure compliance, security, and scalability
• Deploy solutions into production with ADM teams
• Continuously improve and industrialize AI capabilities

Experience

• Software engineering (Python/C#/Node), Git, CI/CD <- must have
• Experience in AI supported development (Claude Code or Github Copilot) <- nice to have
• API integration (REST, OAuth2, webhooks) <- must have
• Experience or/and knowledge on retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agents' reasoning capabilities with external knowledge sources, multi-agent communication protocols to enable seamless collaboration and coordination among agents. <- must have
• Production readiness (logging, monitoring, resilience, security) <- nice to have
• Experience on AI governance (guard rails, multi agent architecture) <- nice to have
• Integration with ITSM/DevOps/RPA ecosystems <- nice to have
• Tools: Semantic Kernel/LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), Azure Foundry stack or UiPath (preferred) <- nice to have
