Job summary

IOMETE Inc. is seeking a seasoned AI Software Engineer to join our remote team.

You will tackle challenging tasks across AI agent frameworks, Spark-related workflows, and lakehouse integrations, while shaping the framework that runs, traces, and evaluates agents in customer environments. Ideal candidates have deep experience with LLM-based systems, Python/Go, and JVM languages, plus strong distributed systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with strong systems impact.
• Hands-on with LLM-based systems, tool usage and evaluation.
• Fluent English, ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain AI services such as MCP Server and Model Gateway.
• Build enablers to extend lakehouse capabilities for AI features.
• Work with Kubernetes and Helm charts in customer deployments.
• Collaborate with external teams to support integrations and troubleshooting.
• Participate in design discussions on agents, model access, and architecture.
• Write tests, docs and release notes; ensure shipping readiness.
• Review teammates' work and provide constructive feedback.
