Job summary

Bright Cape, based in Eindhoven, seeks a Competence Lead AI & Machine Learning to guide customers and consultants, shape the Data Science and Consultancy competence, and drive AI strategy across sectors. You will coach teams, define curricula, and lead high-impact projects for clients in finance, manufacturing, and logistics.

You combine strategic business sense with deep AI/ML expertise, ensuring state-of-the-art knowledge and strong collaboration with sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Firsthand experience with the full ML lifecycle and MLOps practices.
• Experience building, deploying, and monitoring agentic AI solutions in production.
• Educational background in data science or related fields.
• +/- 8 years of experience with AI-driven process improvement.
• Experience in developing AI roadmaps and strategies for clients.
• Experience in identifying and supporting sales efforts (preferred).
• Preferably worked at an agency/consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Design AI/ML solutions from architecture to production, translating business requirements into delivery plans.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python and SQL; leverage PySpark when needed.
• Deploy and maintain solutions using Azure, Databricks, APIs, and Docker.
• Provide excellent project and stakeholder management across client accounts.
• Speak Dutch and English fluently in client interactions.
