Job summary

adm-Indicia is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to shape and own the AI-infrastructure foundation across the Global Technology function. You will secure agent connections to core business systems and guide orchestration for AI deployments, with strong emphasis on cost controls and scalable, compliant environments.

Reporting to Junior Villegas, you will collaborate with IT and AI teams, manage MCP infrastructure, and ensure secure access controls while supporting integrations with Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale containerised applications using Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure).
• Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Understanding of MCP servers or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and data-heavy environments.
• Knowledge of identity and access management and permissions governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure layer connecting AI agents to business systems securely.
• Manage MCP servers, access controls, and environment connections.
• Support integrations with platforms like Microsoft 365, Airtable, SharePoint, and Sage.
• Guide orchestration activities to support AI deployments.
• Manage compute scaling requirements and ensure cost controls.
• Ensure model training goals are achieved efficiently.
• Build scalable, reliable environments for rapid deployment.
• Ensure secure, governed connections of AI agents to enterprise platforms.
