Accenture Industry X seeks an AI-Native Engineering Transformation Consultant to reinvent engineering through AI, cloud-native tech, and digital transformation. You will combine systems engineering, R&D strategy, and PLM/ALM transformation with hands-on generative AI, agentic coding, and cloud architectures to transform the product development lifecycle.

• Understanding of generative AI, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Azure, and enterprise AI integration.
• Experience with PLM/ALM platforms such as Windchill or Teamcenter and engineering CAD environments.

• Support the integration and deployment of AI solutions using Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, connecting AI services with enterprise engineering tools and data.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps, target operating models, and business cases to improve engineering efficiency and accelerate innovation.
• Support transformation initiatives involving Windchill, Teamcenter, CAD tools, and end-to-end engineering traceability.
• Apply knowledge of system architecture, the V-model, requirements management, hardware product development, and embedded software engineering.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI-Native Engineering Transformation Consultant to help leading high-tech clients reinvent their engineering ways of working through AI, cloud-native technologies, and digital engineering transformation.

You will combine expertise in systems and industrial engineering, R&D strategy, and PLM/ALM transformation with hands‑on knowledge of generative AI, agentic coding, and cloud architectures to transform engineering activities across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial or systems engineering, digital engineering, R&D transformation, or technology consulting.
• Understanding of generative AI, agentic workflows, and AI‑assisted engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, Azure, and enterprise AI integration.
• Experience with PLM/ALM platforms such as Windchill or Teamcenter and engineering CAD environments.
• Familiarity with requirements management, the V‑model, system architecture, hardware development, and embedded systems.
• Ability to connect strategic business objectives with practical AI solutions and measurable engineering outcomes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to work in Eindhoven location 2/3 days onsite (Accenture Eindhoven offices and clients)
