Job summary

Adecco is seeking an AI Implementation Manager to turn new AI technology into practical solutions that improve processes near Veenendaal. You will identify opportunities, test ideas, and help teams apply AI in daily work to make processes faster and more efficient.

The role is based in De Klomp, near Veenendaal, with collaboration across IT, data, and business teams to build prototypes, connect AI with ERP/CRM/PIM, and deliver measurable results while ensuring data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in AI, automation, data, or digital solutions.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and APIs.
• Ability to turn prototypes into reliable, usable solutions.
• Strong cross-team communication and understanding of data privacy and security.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, PIM systems is a plus.

Your responsibilities:

• Turn business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Build prototypes and test new applications.

• Connect AI applications to existing systems, such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Work closely with IT, data, and other business teams.
• Monitor the quality, security, and performance of AI solutions.

The position is based on 32–40 hours per week
