Job summary

Nedap is seeking an AI Lead to shape the AI Group within the Ons Suite & MediKIT. You will translate strategic objectives into an actionable roadmap, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery of AI-enabled healthcare innovations.

You will mentor teams, engage with customers and partners, and drive compliant, high-quality AI within Nedap Healthcare. On-site in Groenlo two days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• You have deep expertise in applied AI concepts, like auto-regressive generative deep learning architectures, ML evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, harmonised mean, and NLP.
• You understand the limitations and long-term trends of AI, and avoid hype.
• You bring working knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects in healthcare or enterprise domains.

Responsibilities

• Translate Nedap Healthcare's strategic objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap for the AI Group.
• Embed the AI roadmap into strategic planning and represent the group within Nedap Healthcare.
• Foster collaboration across teams, ensure timely delivery of customer value, and tackle architecture bottlenecks.
