Qualifications

• Completed HBO-level education in a relevant field.
• At least four years of AI/ML, software engineering or data experience.
• Strong Python and modern AI/ML tooling experience.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAG technologies.
• APIs, backend development and microservices experience.
• Experience designing AI solutions including chatbots and document analysis.
• Experience deploying AI solutions from concept to production.
• Knowledge of cloud and microservices, including Azure and containers.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for stakeholders.
• Compliance with security, privacy and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Minimum Dutch level C1.
