Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Experience or internship in trading operations is a plus.
• Experience thinking about automation and tooling at scale is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring operational processes end-to-end.
• Build and maintain validation, reconciliation and monitoring for positions.
• Deliver automation and tooling in Python.
• Apply AI and agentic workflows to operational problems.
• Drive larger improvement projects and coordinate with Application Engineers.
• Participate in an on-call rota.
