Job summary

Hyarchis, with Dutch offices in Eindhoven and Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Product Manager (AI-First) to bridge customers, the business, and engineering. You will translate market signals into validated specs and work with the leadership team to build the right AI-driven document management and compliance solutions for banks and financial services.

You’ll partner with customers and internal teams, driving discovery, prototyping, and analytics to inform the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in regulated industries (accountancy, fintech, compliance, legal tech).
• Track record of setting up or professionalising product processes and delivering from discovery to delivery.
• Active daily use of AI tools for writing specs, researching, prototyping and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set up a structured discovery process with customer interviews and usage data to translate insights into validated product hypotheses.
• Write sharp, AI-ready specs that engineers and AI agents can implement immediately.
• Prioritise the roadmap and clearly communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Prototype with AI tools and run quick data explorations to inform decisions.
• Introduce and operationalise product analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure UX is considered early, even without a dedicated designer, in a backend-focused org.
• Collaborate with sales and consultancy to align roadmap with market needs.
• Contribute to product pages, release notes, and customer cases to enable GTM.
