Stekz seeks a Business Architect to bridge client strategy with technical realization. You map complex processes, design future-state value streams, and define domains that shape scalable architecture.

You will align changes with a client’s long-term approach and safeguard value throughout development. Fluent Dutch and English are essential, as you discuss high-level strategy with executives and dive into data models with engineers.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with BPMN and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured models.
• Non-coding, but comfortable with modern cloud and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future-state business processes using BPMN.
• Define domains and subdomains for technical architecture.
• Manage stakeholders and challenge executives on business problems.
• In collaboration with product teams, plan AI and automation opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of functional requirements with long-term strategy.
• Protect business value during development and delivery.
