Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a DevOps engineer to design, build, and maintain a scalable Azure-based voicebot infrastructure that supports millions of customer interactions. You will collaborate with AI engineers and Copilot specialists to deliver (gen)AI powered voice solutions within a hybrid work setting.

Key focus areas include IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and telephony integrations with AudioCodes, shaping the future of customer-facing AI agents at Rabobank.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud engineering, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment of cloud resources.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for enterprise environments.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of and/or experience with enterprise voice platforms and telephony integrations, including AudioCodes solutions and integration with cloud-based AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based AI platforms, enabling reliable deployment and lifecycle management of services across development, test and production environments.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and automate cloud and voice platform components, ensuring high availability, operational efficiency and seamless integration between Azure AI services and telephony infrastructure.
• Build and evolve enterprise voice AI solutions by integrating AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs) with Azure AI services, enabling the transition from traditional speech-to-text, text-to-speech and chatbot architectures to native speech model capabilities.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09)for a 36-hour work week.

You & your role

Design and deliver production‑ready voicebot capabilities that improve Rabobank’s customer-facing AI Agents. You build, improve and maintain the IT infrastructure needed for our voicebot, which will support millions of customer interactions per year. As the DevOps engineer, you work closely with fellow (AI) engineers and Copilot specialists to create the (gen)AI powered voicebot of the future.

Examples from practice

• Build and maintain Azure-based voice platform infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Speech Services and AudioCodes platform components across development, test and production environments
• Implement and optimise integrations between telephony platforms, AudioCodes solutions and Azure AI Services to enable reliable voice interactions at scale
• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI Voice Agents for customer service use cases
• Support the migration of legacy speech-to-text, text-to-speech and chatbot architectures towards native speech model solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, deployment and voice quality issues across cloud and telephony environments.
