Job Summary

This position will be dedicated to managing and supporting initiatives within KIWA’s Data & AI program stream. The role sits within the IT Programs and Projects Team and works closely with the AI Program Lead, AI Technical Delivery Team, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of AI initiatives aligned with KIWA’s strategic goals. The role requires a T-shaped skill set: broad knowledge of AI-related business opportunities, change enablement, and cross-cultural collaboration, combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and drive projects at a technical and execution level.

About the role
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of AI Program and AI Technical Leadto co-shape rollout strategy, technical priorities, and product expansion.
  • Translate AI product vision into concrete project plans, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment between chosen tools/platforms and project delivery needs.
Project Execution (Hands-On)
  • Manage AI/data initiativesend-to-end, from concept and prototyping to deployment and adoption.
  • Actively coordinate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers, removing blockers and driving delivery.
  • Participate in design/architecture discussions, model evaluation, and solution integration to ensure technical alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Work across business units, countries, and culturesto capture needs, define use cases, and drive adoption.
  • Serve as the bridgebetween technical teams, business stakeholders, and change managers.
  • Facilitate workshops, hackathons, and ideation sessionsto accelerate AI solution development.
Governance, Monitoring & Value Realization
  • Co-define KPIs and evaluation frameworks with the AI Technical Lead;execute monitoring and reporting.
  • Track project milestones, adoption, and business value realization; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery is aligned with KIWA Programs & Projects standards, ethical AI principles, and compliance requirements.
Change Enablement & Business Integration
  • Support organizational change management to embed AI solutions in day-to-day processes.
  • Ensure training, communication, and adoption activitiesare executed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business impact expansion.

Required Skills & Competencies
General Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a Data/AI-related field.

  • Experience in international organizations or multi-country program delivery (strongly preferred).

  • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar).

  • Adaptability: comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans in fast-paced environments.

  • Based in the Netherlands and legally authorized to work here.

Project & Delivery Management
  • 4–7 years of experience in project management (IT, Data, or AI projects preferred).

  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

T-Shaped Profile
  • Breadth: understanding of AI business opportunities, data-driven value creation, and organizational change.

  • Depth: ability to engage with technical detail (e.g., data pipelines, model deployment, MLOps practices) and effectively support delivery teams.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Skilled facilitator of cross-country collaboration and innovation sessions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to link business needs to AI use cases and measurable outcomes.

  • Comfortable balancing governance with hands-on delivery in evolving program environments.
