Job summary

Lever, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a Project Development Manager to lead AI infrastructure data center projects from agreement through construction readiness. You will oversee roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and pre-construction risk across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with utility providers, municipalities, and partners to validate plans, manage risks, and establish governance frameworks for scalable infrastructure development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing permitting, entitlement, and utility coordination.
• Strong understanding of development scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and pre-construction planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Develop and manage integrated roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate permitting, utility planning, and infrastructure requirements across pre-construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate electrical, fiber, water, sewer, and site access requirements.
• Partner with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and partners to validate executable development plans.
