Job summary

Salesforce is hiring AI Builders for the AI Builder New Grad cohort in the Norwegian market. You’ll be embedded with customer-facing teams, designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients from day one.

You should have a strong CS background, be fluent in Norwegian and English, and be proficient in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra. Travel 25–50% to work directly with customers and learn from senior developers in a collaborative Builder

Qualifications

Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
AI-native with experience in LLMs and prompt engineering.
Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture.
Support the Technical Lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality systems.
