Salesforce, Inc. is launching an AI Builder, Emerging Talent program for the Swedish market. You will join a builder pod, delivering real-time AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients, and work directly with customer-facing teams from day one.

You will develop AI agents, design agent thinking, and participate in the full technical lifecycle using JavaScript, Python, and Apex, while collaborating with senior developers and sales teams.

Qualifications

Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents that take real actions for customers.
Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, architecture.
Collaborate with builders to architect, build, and deploy scalable AI systems.
