You will guide teams in adopting agile methodologies, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong educational background in IT, proven experience as an Agile or IT Coach, and excellent mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or IT Coach with a strong understanding of agile frameworks.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
