Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an Agile Coach to partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve the delivery of high-quality software and sustainable business outcomes. You will guide teams in adopting agile values, coaching, facilitation and advisory support across tracks and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coaching product teams, improving delivery metrics, fostering psychological safety, and enabling rapid feedback through small, frequent iterations.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Familiarity with multiple agile methodologies (scrum, kanban, XP).
• Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality software and tangible outcomes.
• Identify and address delivery risks, impediments and systemic constraints early.
• Coach teams to use metrics, feedback and data to improve performance and outcomes.
• Promote sustainable delivery by establishing repeatable processes and guardrails.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize team workflows and support modern agile practices.
