Float IoT is seeking developers who have fully embraced agentic engineering. You will own problems end to end, judge output, and hold the bar on quality and security. If you still write most of your code by hand, this is not the role for you.

Production for operators who cannot afford downtime is the core mission. You’ll join a small team delivering production-ready infrastructure for critical operations, across multiple verticals, with a cloud launch planned this year.

Job description

Float builds infrastructure software for critical operations. Our platform runs live at large customers across BESS, gas, electricity, and distributed compute, with many more verticals following, and we are readying it for cloud launch in Q4. There is no sandbox here. What you ship goes into production for operators who cannot afford downtime.

We are looking for developers who have fully embraced agentic engineering. Not people experimenting with it on the side, but people who have rebuilt how they work around it: agents doing the heavy lifting, you setting direction, judging output, and holding the bar on quality and security. If you still write most of your code by hand, this is not the role for you.
