ROLE


As a Technical Specialist, you provide technical support to the dealers from our dealer network and B2B customers in the field of all products and services. You will also assess and take care of the handling of warranty requests from the dealers. In this role, you will regularly visit dealers for technical and diagnostic support, which makes the work interactive and varied. To gain knowledge yourself, you will travel internationally several times a year.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for technical and diagnostic support of machines in the field of digital applications, electronics and mechanics.
  • You provide this technical and diagnostic support to our dealer network and B2B end users;
  • You assess applications and take care of the administrative processing of warranty applications;
  • You collect information about products and share it with colleagues in Sweden;
  • You provide support with technical training to dealers;
  • You will also develop technical information for the dealers at the request of and on the basis of data from the Technical Support team;
  • You are supportive in correspondence with dealers and end users;

YOUR PROFILE
Education and experience

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • Preferably relevant experience as a mechanic / technical specialist
  • Knowledge and affinity with the combination of digital applications, electronics and mechanics
  • Minimum driving license B (E is an advantage)

Personal characteristics

  • You are naturally customer and result-oriented
  • Communicating on different levels is no problem for you
  • You are eager to learn, result-oriented, accurate and flexible
  • You are good at working together, but can also work independently
  • You are hands-on, proactive, positive and think in terms of solutions
  • You are proficient in the English language, both in writing and orally
