Job summary

Hikvision Europe BV is seeking an After-sales engineer to join the NL team, reporting to the RMA repair center manager and performing functional tests of board and system level products.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, verifying drawings, preparing repair/testing setups, and ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards within a clean, orderly workstation environment.

Qualifications

• Electronics background certification is required.
• Experience in troubleshooting and identifying electronic and mechanical failure modes.
• Experience using test instruments like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supplies; basic networking knowledge is required.
• Reading and understanding schematics, datasheets and written work instructions.
• Chinese and English language ability to read, write and speak.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional tests of board and system level products.
• Test and troubleshoot board failures.
• Carry out some complex tasks in preparation for repair and testing.
• Verify assembly documentation for accuracy and read engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate machines/equipment/fixtures for repair and testing processes.
• Follow all work instructions and safety procedures; maintain a clean, orderly workstation.
