Job summary

Aerox, part of the Verder Group, is seeking an Assembly Mechanic at its Vleuten facility to build and test air treatment systems for customers worldwide. You will join a close-knit team, take ownership of your work and contribute to reliable, innovative solutions while continually developing your technical skills.

Based in Vleuten, you will assemble complete units, follow instructions, and work with Dutch or English communication.

Qualifications

• Technical affinity and an interest in hands-on work.
• Experience with assembly (mechanics or electrical work is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete Aerox units according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly activities.
• Test completed units using checklists and quality procedures.
• Identify and report assembly or quality issues when needed.
• Prepare subassemblies for Operations and Service activities.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with materials, logistics, and inventory as needed.
• Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality products.

Job requirements

• Technical affinity and an interest in hands-on work
• Experience with assembly (mechanics or electrical work is a plus)
• Able to work accurately and follow instructions
• Comfortable working with tools and technical equipment
• Physically able to lift and move components when required
• Willing to learn and develop new technical skills
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
