Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Quality Inspector to be the guardian of quality on the production floor for our defense aerospace program, inspecting components, assemblies, and processes to ensure they meet strict specifications.

You will collaborate with production and engineering to identify defects, document results, and raise the bar for inspection standards, while ensuring ISO requirements are followed and communication in English and Dutch is effective.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
• Sharp attention to detail — you spot imperfections others miss.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
• English and Dutch language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the Guardian of Quality: Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec — no compromises.
• Find and Fix: Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand-in-hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight.
• Raise the Bar: Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top-tier quality without slowing down progress.
• Document the Journey: Record inspection results and generate reports — because quality isn't just what we do, it's what we prove.
