Job summary

WFS PRO is seeking a Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in precision mechanics to inspect aerospace components built from titanium, stainless steel and nickel alloys. You will conduct visual, dimensional and geometric inspections and release products for delivery to customers.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards, supporting production operators, and maintaining a strong aerospace-quality mindset in a high-tech manufacturing setting with 400+ colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in quality inspection within precision mechanics or similar.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with dimensional inspection and measuring tools.
• Able to work accurately, independently and in a high-quality production environment.
• MBO level education in mechanical engineering or similar.

Job description

We are looking for a Quality Inspector with experience in precision mechanics, dimensional inspection and technical drawings.

In this role, you will inspect high-performance aerospace components made from materials such as titanium, stainless steel and nickel alloys. You will be responsible for visual, dimensional and geometric inspections, final checks and product release before delivery to the customer.

What you will do:

• Perform dimensional and geometric measurements using various measuring tools
• Inspect serial production parts as well as single-piece components
• Check product documentation and ensure it is completed according to quality standards
• Release processing stages and finished products for the next step or customer delivery
• Support production operators during inspection activities
• Help maintain and promote the aerospace quality mindset within production

What we are looking for:

• MBO / vocational education in mechanical engineering, fine mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in quality inspection within precision mechanics, machining or a similar technical environment
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, GD&T, form and position tolerances
• Experience with dimensional inspection and technical measuring tools
• Accurate, independent and quality-focused way of working
• Ability to work within a high-quality production environment
