You will transform complex technical information into structured learning experiences, working with engineering and logistics teams to improve operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in training development and instructional design.
• Knowledge of ADDIE lifecycle.
• Familiarity with competency-based training and learning objectives.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable learning materials.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs for operators and maintainers across programs.
• Design training concepts, curricula, and assessment methods.
• Develop lesson plans, student guides, and practical exercises.
• Ensure alignment of training with engineering designs and publications.
• Support LMS implementation and digital learning solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and training program improvements.
