You will assess processes against standards such as AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, and EASA/FAA and ensure that systems, documentation, and working methods demonstrably meet the requirements of customers and regulators. Your audits will keep aircraft safe and compliant, provide insight into risks, and help the organization to improve structurally.

Function

As an Aerospace Auditor, you will plan, conduct, and report on internal, supplier, and compliance audits within the organization and the supply chain. You will assess quality management systems, processes, and records and translate findings into concrete improvement actions. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external parties such as certifying bodies. Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits in accordance with AS9100/9110/9120 and EASA/FAA requirements;
  • Conducting supplier audits and assessments against contractual, legal, and industry standards;
  • Evaluating quality management systems, procedures, documentation, and records for accuracy and traceability;
  • Assessing maintenance and production processes, including special processes such as NDT, heat treatment, and coatings;
  • Recording and assessing deviations and system‑related shortcomings;
  • Guiding root cause analyses and following up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs);
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
What's in it for you

You will be working in an international aviation environment where quality and safety are paramount. You will have the opportunity to conduct audits independently, collaborate with subject matter experts, and further develop your skills within the field. You can count on:

  • A salary between €3700 and €5400 gross per month;
  • 8% vacation pay and travel allowance;
  • 27–29 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year for full‑time employment (40 hours);
  • A challenging international work environment;
  • Understanding innovative developments within aviation;
  • Opportunities for professional and personal growth;
  • Collaboration with committed and knowledgeable colleagues.
Who are you

  • Experience in assessing quality management systems;
  • Proficiency in performing root cause analyses (such as 5‑Why, Ishikawa, and 8D);
  • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders;
  • Focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
