As a Mortgage Advisor Central at ING, you remotely assist customers in realizing their housing dreams. This hybrid role involves working two days a week from one of our central locations in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Utrecht, or Zwolle. Together with your colleagues, you aim to help as many homebuyers as possible move forward sustainably, combining digital convenience with personal attention.

Responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling and conducting appointments via video calls.
2. Building personal connections remotely and engaging customers with enthusiasm.
3. Advising customers at various stages of their journey, including starters, movers, switchers, and those seeking sustainability or renovation financing.
4. Developing further skills, such as advising expats, entrepreneurs, and on new construction projects.
5. Working one evening a week and one Saturday a month, with flexible compensatory hours.
6. Managing the entire mortgage process, providing insights, proactive assistance, and documenting in Personal Mortgage Advice.

Qualifications include HBO or WO education, relevant financial certifications, good Dutch and English skills, and several years of advisory experience. You should be capable of making personal connections via video calls, eager to learn, and committed to helping customers effectively.
