What will you do as a Mortgage Advisor Central?

As a Mortgage Advisor Central, you help customers remotely realize their housing dreams. It is a hybrid job where you work two days a week from one of our inspiring central locations in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Utrecht, or Zwolle.

You work closely with colleagues to help as many homebuyers as possible move forward sustainably, combining digital convenience with personal attention. We passionately focus on this every day.

What does your work look like?

• You have scheduled appointments with (potential) customers.
• At the agreed time, you provide advice via video call.
• You create personal connections remotely and engage customers with enthusiasm.
• You communicate with different customers daily at various stages of their journey, requiring flexibility, empathy, and good agenda planning.
• You assist starters, movers, switchers, and customers interested in increasing their mortgage for sustainability or renovation.
• With additional skills such as advising expats, entrepreneurs, and handling new construction projects, you can further develop yourself.
• You work one evening a week and one Saturday a month, with flexible hours to compensate.

• You also assist customers when financing isn't suitable for their financial health.
• You help realize housing wishes.
• You are responsible for the entire mortgage process, from initial orientation to providing insights for successful home buying.
• You proactively offer assistance and tips, easing your customers' journey.
• You collaborate with customers throughout the advisory process, ensuring the best advice, including sustainability plans and risk coverage.
• You document everything carefully in a Personal Mortgage Advice.

What is your profile?

• Completed HBO or WO education.
• Possession of WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet, preferably also WFT Vermogen.
• Recognized Financial Advisor qualification is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Several years of commercial advisory experience.
• Ability to establish personal connections via video calls.
• Motivated to excel daily and open to new challenges.
• Enjoy helping customers so they become your ambassadors.

Terms of employment & benefits
