Job description

As our Administrative Assistant in the EMEA Planning team, you will provide high-level support to Senior Directors at Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. In this role, you will contribute to keeping up with the company’s fast pace by managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and supporting team events and projects. Acting as a liaison across functions and geographies, your organizational and problem-solving skills will help fuel Nike’s success. We offer a contract untill 31 of january 2026, for 40 hours a week.

What are you going to do?
  • Manage Senior Directors’ schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
  • Organize team events and meetings, securing venues, arranging catering, audiovisual needs, accommodation, and travel.
  • Handle travel arrangements for Senior Directors and visiting teams, including flights, visas, and accommodation.
  • Support onboarding of new employees by coordinating introductions and ensuring all necessary guidance and tools are provided.
  • Coordinate visits from Nike colleagues across global regions (APLA, Greater China, North America, or Global HQ).
  • Contribute to EMEA Planning strategy deployment processes and support other projects as needed.

What do we ask?
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience (Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, Office Manager)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Confluence, Visio).
  • Experience with COUPA and CONCUR preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and explain complex issues clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A positive, proactive mindset with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
