Job summary

AmerisourceBergen seeks the second pharmacist in Spits Apeldoorn to support all quality activities. The role can act as resident pharmacist in their absence. Responsibilities include advising on laws, overseeing QA tasks, driving quality improvements, and coordinating recalls while ensuring compliance with GDP/GMP rules.

Qualifications

• Experience with auditing bodies and guiding audits.

Responsibilities

• Advise and monitor employees on laws and regulations and new working methods.
• Oversee QA Specialist for quality tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement of operations through logistics, IT systems, procedures and resources.
• Lead quality projects and coach staff through change.
• Develop and optimise the quality management system and ensure compliance.
• Serve as contact for quality questions and customer complaints.
• Coordinate recalls and inform stakeholders.
