Job summary

Blue Lynx seeks an Accounting Advisor in Sales & Accounts Receivable to manage invoicing, payments, and AR accuracy across clients and intercompany activities. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and adherence to accounting standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in AR/GL, and experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/related field.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or similar finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR operations.
• Familiarity with intercompany billing, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Knowledge of sales contracts and related processes in a commercial/shared services setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice and billing processes to meet requirements.
• Track payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Perform collection follow-ups and send payment reminders.
• Maintain collection schedules and status reports.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Escalate major issues to Finance Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Line Managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
