Job description

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a Danish-speaking Accountant on behalf of our client, a multinational manufacturing company in Amsterdam.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, the Accountant will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks.

The successful candidate will receive opportunities for progression and personal development whilst working in a diverse and international company.

Responsibilities of the Accountant:

• Complete the monthly closing process
• Manage all cash and bank processes
• Support the FP&A process and review budgets regularly
• Assist with internal and external audit procedures
• Oversee compliance with CIT and VAT reporting
• Support with various ad hoc projects

Experience/skills required:

• Bachelor's/master's in Accounting/Finance or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
• Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferable)
• Organized, communicative and proactive
