Uitzendbureau zoekt een Junior Account Manager die vloeiend Duits spreekt en de Duitse markt verder helpt ontwikkelen. Je hebt geen uitgebreide verkoopervaring nodig, krijgt training en werkt samen met een ervaren collega terwijl je geleidelijk je eigen klantenportefeuille opbouwt.

Wat je gaat doen omvat relaties met Duitse B2B-klanten, offertes en follow-up, het opvolgen van leads en het leren onderhandelen van prijzen en voorwaarden.

Qualifications

• Vloeiend Duits, geschreven en gesproken.
• Goede beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlands.
• MBO+/HBO niveau of gelijkwaardig werkniveau.
• Commercieel, proactief en klantgericht.
• Zelfverzekerd communiceren met klanten per telefoon en e-mail.
• Motivatie om verkoop en onderhandeling te leren.
• Ervaring in B2B-verkoop/e-commerce/retail is een voordeel, maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• Beheer en ontwikkel relaties met Duitse B2B-klanten.
• Beantwoord vragen over producten, bestellingen en levertijden.
• Maak offertes en volg ze op.
• Volg leads op en realiseer nieuwe business.
• Identificeer verkoopkansen binnen bestaande accounts.
• Maak klanten kennis met nieuwe producten en productlijnen.
• Leer prijzen en commerciële voorwaarden te onderhandelen.
• Neem deel aan klantbezoeken en beurzen in Duitsland.
• Werk nauw samen met sales support, purchasing en logistiek.
• Naar mate van ervaring: meer ownership over je accounts en zelfstandig beheer van je Duitse klantenportefeuille.

Vacaturebeschrijving Are you fluent in German and interested in building a career in sales? We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and further develop their German market. You don't need extensive sales experience. You'll receive training and work alongside an experienced colleague while gradually building your own client portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with German B2B clients;
• Answer questions about products, orders and delivery times;
• Prepare and follow up on quotations;
• Follow up on leads and convert them into new business;
• Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts;
• Introduce clients to new products and product lines;
• Learn to negotiate prices and commercial terms;
• Join client visits and trade fairs in Germany;
• Work closely with sales support, purchasing and logistics.

As you gain experience, you'll take more ownership of your accounts and independently manage your German client portfolio.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken;
• Good command of English and/or Dutch;
• MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent working level;
• Commercial, proactive and customer-focused;
• Confident communicating with clients by phone and email;
• Motivated to learn sales and negotiation;
• Experience in B2B sales, e-commerce or retail is an advantage, but not required.
