Job summary

Taxbrella Tax Services in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare and file client tax returns for American expatriates abroad.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch and Spanish are a plus. A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in account management or customer service.
• Willing to embrace technology and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self-starter with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience living abroad is advantageous.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English fluency required; Spanish and Dutch are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring needs are met.
• Serve as primary client contact, respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly.
• Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on tax matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and file client tax returns.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and communicate changes to clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or improvements.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of customer service processes.
