Job description

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for motivated candidates to join its teams as an Account Management Intern – Client Relations & Business Development.

You will support international candidate placements, employer account management and new commercial opportunities. Your role will combine business development, client relations and recruitment.

This internship is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

You will work in an international professional environment that values collaboration, initiative and learning through practical work. A supervisor will help you understand priorities and take on responsibilities as your skills develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account management: maintain employer relationships and understand their requirements.
• Business development: identify new partners and prepare tailored outreach.
• Sales follow-up: manage follow-ups and sales process stages in the CRM.
• Candidate interviews: discuss backgrounds, skills and professional goals.
• Matching: connect candidate profiles with employer needs and prepare introductions.
• Candidate support: advise candidates and help prepare the next steps in their journey.
• Coordination: schedule interviews and follow up on feedback through to a decision.
• Reporting: monitor account quality and suggest improvements to recruitment and operations teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You are studying business, management, marketing or business development.
• You are interested in sales, client relations and recruitment.
• You are comfortable with office software and ready to use a CRM daily.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage several cases methodically.
• You are comfortable communicating in English. French is an asset for collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and audiences.
• You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.
