EIC - Experience Internship Canada is seeking a motivated student to join as a Real Estate Investment & Development Intern in Amsterdam. You will assess opportunities, perform market research and financial analysis, and coordinate information with external stakeholders.

You will learn to evaluate real estate opportunities across financial, operational and local dimensions, while developing practical skills in Excel-based analysis and reporting in an international team.

• You use Excel and can compare quantitative and qualitative information.
• You are organized and comfortable communicating with external stakeholders.
• You are comfortable communicating in English. French is an asset for collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and audiences.
• You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for motivated candidates to join its teams as a Real Estate Investment & Development Intern.

You will help assess real estate opportunities and location or accommodation options related to EIC activities. You will combine market research, financial analysis and information coordination.

This internship is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

You will work in an international professional environment that values collaboration, initiative and learning through practical work. A supervisor will help you understand priorities and take on responsibilities as your skills develop.
