Optiver invites students and graduates to a five-day, all-expenses-paid engineering program at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll tackle hands‑on coding, system design workshops, and a collaborative project mirroring real engineering work.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or graduate in the EU/EEA/UK with a graduation date between May 2025 and Feb 2028.
• Proficient in C++, Python, or Java with a strong understanding of computer architecture.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering: work on a real project as part of a team.
• Attend lectures and panel sessions with senior engineers to explore career paths.
• Participate in system design workshops to learn high-performance architectures.
• Use AI tools, platforms and workflows to navigate codebases and datasets.
