Job summary

Mexmafood is seeking a motivated Operator to join its growing production team. You will operate and control production machines, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and that products meet the set quality standards.

Requirements include a minimum MBO level, willingness to work in 3 shifts, and good Dutch and English communication. You will record production data and report to the team leader, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MBO level is required or equivalent.
• Experience in a (food) production environment is an advantage, but not required.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills are important.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up and operate production machines.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks.
• Perform minor maintenance and first-line upkeep.
• Register production data and report to the team leader.
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
